First and foremost, I hope you all had a merry Christmas, or whatever the hell you celebrate. I got some nice stuff, myself. For instance, my new LCD monitor, and new video card (which will be purchased shortly). These will enable me to do some really cool stuff. 
Now then, some info on what's been going on at RI. WE ARE NOT DEAD! I have just been focusing on other projects. Of course, don't think that excludes this place completely. Version 5 has been near the top of my list for months, now. I've been working on it bit by bit, and must say that I'm pleased with it. It is without a doubt the most awesome thing I have ever made. More details on the skin will come when it's released.
A few things I will tell you are that this website is going to be scrapped and recoded. Since I'm lazy, and Crow owes me, he'll be the one doing the coding. I will take care of everything related to the forum, though.
Speaking of which, I plan to link the forum and website together much more closely. Your profile on the website will match your profile on the forum. The only difference is that you'll have to login to both, not just one.
Finally, all data inputed will also be inputed into a database on this site, enabling some really cool stuff. I'll also code up an algorithm for recommended posts and stuff. You'll all really like it. I guarantee it.
Release date? I'm shooting for a b-day release. Set your calendar to February 19th, but be ready to change them. I don't know how long this will take.

Alright, first off, I got into contact with Surpass. They have fixed the upload problem. I now have a limit of 10MB, which should not be a problem. Thus, I've celebrated by adding 25 new resources! Feel free to check them out.
Second, Surpass has, once again, provided excellent support. Our manual domain hosting for the forum is working again. The forum url will work as it was before, but I encourage you to use the http://forum.roddyinnovations.com/ url from now on.
Finally, let's all welcome ~CrAzY~ as our new general mod! He'll be filling the space that XD left when he resigned a few days ago. Let's give him a good greeting by giving him material to be modding! Post away |

I've updated the resources section with 12 new resources. I'd have gone farther, but I'm having some difficulties with the server's default PHP settings, which keeps me from uploading files larger than 2MB. I'm trying to sort this out now. In the meantime, enjoy the new resources I've given you.  |

Yesterday, I finally completely fixed the affiliate system. Well, not completely. For some reason, if I want to update the image, it'll upload the new one, but won't replace the old one. This problem is still confusing me. It should be fixed soon. Speaking of which, if you are an affiliate, and would like your image updated, just send me a PM. I'll update it manually, for now.
Anyways, aside from that, the upload system for resources & tutorials is still unstable. I'm not sure if it works or not. Thus, I'm going to test it today. If they work, expect a nice large update of resources & tutorials sometime today or tomorrow. |
